Osea Hyaluronic Sea Serum

— Sea Serum

Price:  $140.00

This light-weight water-based serum is applied after cleansing to drench the skin with hydration and ultimate moisture. The formulation accounts for two different hyaluronic acid molecules, Sodium hyaluronate for deeply penetrating the skin’s surface and Hyaluronic acid to target surface-level dryness. The added benefits of mineral-rich seaweed extracts aid in minimising the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by supporting a smoother, firmer complexion.

Rich in iodine and vitamins, the seaweed extracts also act as a powerful anti-bacterial for even the most congested skin types, and is a gentle formulation for even the most sensitive. One pump of this serum will drench your entire face and neck and within 20 seconds you will feel a complexion dry to the touch, in preparation for your hydration products.

First impressions

The Hyaluronic Sea Serum is 100% fragrance-free.

This serum has a thick, gooey texture. One drop of this formula covers the entire face and neck area comfortably.

This serum is perhaps one of the most incredibly formulated Hyaluronic acid serums on the market for its ability to penetrate into the skin’s surface, plumping the skin from a cellular level. Simultaneously, the serum will hydrate the skin’s top layer, replenishing the most thirsty skin types.

The Good

Hyaluronic Acid promotes healthier, more supple skin. It’s the major matrix substance for how collagen and elastin are embedded, therefore has the ability to restore skin elasticity and reduce appearance of wrinkles in skin that is undergoing the natural ageing process or effected by environmental factors like sun damage or pollution. Due to its exceptional ability to hold up to 1000x its weight in water, it becomes the go-to ingredient to hydrate skin from the deeper levels of your skin.

Sodium Hyaluronate - As Hyaluronic Acid’s water-binding and water-attracting properties fill up the spaces between collagen and elastin fibres in the skin, resulting in hydration and more youthful looking skin, Sodium Hyaluronate has smaller molecular size to Hyaluronic Acid, making it easier to be absorbed by the skin. It promotes blood circulation and nutrient absorption, making your products that have this ingredient penetrate much deeper into the skin.

Gigartina Skottsbergii Extract is a red algae that acts as a protective barrier against external environment. It hydrates the skin and promotes firmness through its abundance in polysaccharides, vitamins and minerals.

Undaria Pinnatifida Extract is a brown marine algae rich in iodine, iron, potassium, calcium and the B vitamins. This is the ingredient that is responsible for minimising the appearance of redness in the skin’s complexion.
